Anna Martin is an artist. She initiated her career at the Chelsea School of Art and then later went to study in New York at the Parsons School of Design. She further developed her training in personal development and performance coaching. She is half Spanish, half English. She now lives in Cheltenham where she continues with her own painting and art workshops. Her current colourful and expressive paintings reflect the heat and colour of the Mediterranean and this is also carries through to her interpretation of English landscape. Movement is also a recurrent theme in her art. Whether working on portraits, landscapes or cityscapes her work has a common theme which aims to represent her subject matter through vibrant colour harmony and momentum in a rhythmic gestural style.
